I have enjoyed millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of funds at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
