I have enjoyed millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of cash at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original $10 wager

Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
